Our prime cut beef is hand selected from our local farm at Rooksnest, situated in Upper Lambourn, less than a mile away from our shop. Predigree Angus cattle is one of the very best cattle for steaking & roasting. Alternative cuts available to suit budget.

Our poultry comes from a selected farm in Wiltshire. Our Turkey is from a farm in Newbury, producing award winning Bronze Turkeys.

Our sausages are hand made and hand tied in our processing unit in Swindon. With over 16 favlours to choose from, we really have a flavour for every taste bud.
